Detail Itinerary
NEGOMBO - SIGIRIYA
Day 01
- Pickup from Bandaranaike International Airport and proceed to hotel in Sigiriya for overnight. Approximately 3.5 hour drive.
SIGIRIYA
Day 02
- A session of Yoga and meditation in the resort.
- In the evening climb the Sigiriya - a 5th Century "Fortress in the Sky", a UNESCO world heritage (Optional).
SIGIRIYA - KANDY
Day 03
- A session of Ayurveda/spa treatment and meditation.
- In the evening leave to Kandy for overnight stay. Approximately 2 hour drive.
- Visit the Dambulla rock temple on the way.
KANDY
Day 04
- A day of Ayurveda/spa treatment and meditation.
KANDY - NE - ELLA
Day 05
- After early breakfast leave to Nuwara Eliya in a train. Approximately 2.5 hour train ride.
- Visit the tea factory in Nuwara Eliya.
- Then proceed to Ella for overnight stay. Approximately 1.5 hour drive.
ELLA
Day 06
- A day of Ayurveda/spa treatment and meditation.

- A day of Ayurveda/spa treatment and meditation.
- Visit the 9 arch bridge and the little Adam's peak.
ELLA - UDAWALAWE - TANGALLE
Day 08
- After breakfast leave to Uda Walawe for a Jeep safari. Approximately 1.5 hour drive.
- Then leave to Tangalle to enjoy the southern beach in Sri Lanka. Approximately 2.5 hour drive.
TANGALLE
Day 09
- A session of yoga and spa treatments.
- Relax in the beach.
TANGALLE
Day 10
- A day of Ayurveda/spa treatment and meditation.
- Relax in the beach.
TANGALLE - GALLE - COLOMBO
Day 11
- A session of yoga in the morning.
- Then proceed to see the Galle fort. Approximately 1 hour drive.
- Then proceed to Colombo for overnight stay. Approximately 2.5 hour drive.
COLOMBO - NEGOMBO
Day 12
- Transfer to the airport. Approximately 1 hour drive.
