Overview
The highest peak in in Pussellawa, the famous Peacock hills is 1513 meters above sea level. Peacock Hill Mountain is one of the most panoramic vantage points of Pussellawa which gives an extraordinary view of the most mountains and cities around.
The climb to the hill is easily accessible by using the roads across the villages. You can start your day at 7:30 am at the trailhead near Doragala in Pusellawa. The guide you will meet at the trailhead will explain more about Peacock Hill, and the route you will take. The hike will be at a comparatively sedate pace. Approximately midway, you will be stopping to have refreshments.
