Club Villa – Bentota The Club Villa is a place that you will always want to come back to. Club Villa located on Sri Lanka’s South Western cost on the beautiful golden beach at Bentota, 62 Kilometres south of the island’s capital Colombo.
This colonial Dutch style country retreat has 17 rooms, some deluxe with air conditioning and a special club suite. The Public, Dining, Lounge spaces and the rooms are adorned with classical 19th century period furniture of Dutch and Sri Lankan origin. The ambience is relaxed and tranquil, reminiscent of a bygone era meant for refined living, peace and relaxation. You could take a long walk along the secluded beach or swim in the warm Indian ocean.
Have a dip in the swimming pool, spa or enjoy an oriental massage with herbal or sandalwood oil or just laze in the manicured, luscious lawns under the shades of the palm trees. The restaurant serves European and Sri Lankan cuisine and menus are tailor made to suit your personal requirements.
The Bar offers a selection of wines, liqueurs and fresh fruit drinks. Above all, you could be assured of excellent service by the friendly staff. A note : Between the garden and beach, once in a while you can see a typical local train passing by : have your camera ready to take a unique picture.
The rooms are simple and elegantly furnished with murals, batiks and antiques. The Club Suite features a spacious bedroom with a separate living area and two bathrooms with internal gardens and antique columns.

Each room is individually decorated with hand picked furniture from the colonial Dutch period.
