Ayurveda courses – at Tree of Life, Kandy
After a thorough medical examination the Doctor will determine your body
type and will prescribe treatment course, taking into consideration your
special requirements as well. The recommended plan and frequency of treatments
will be prescribed by the Doctor and will be administered daily by a team
of friendly well trained therapists under the direct supervision of the qualified
Ayurveda Physician.
What can I do in my spare time?
The afternoons will generally be free for you to relax by the mountain top
swimming pool. The resort has many activities such as trekking, fishing and
walking in the nearby mountains.
