After breakfast leave to Sinharaja, an experience of Sinharaja is like nothing else in Sri Lanka. Trekking through this magnificent jungle – the last surviving stretch of virgin rainforest on the island. Sinharaja is particularly renowned as a hotspot for birdlife. After breakfast leave to Uda Walawe. Lunch at Uda walawe. After lunch you will visit Uda Walawe Park in a Jeep. This park is popular for herds of Elephants and many types of birds from the Eagle family. Dinner and overnight stay in Embilipitiya
After breakfast leave for Hambantota en-route an optional brief stop at the hot wells in suriya wawe and proceed to Hambantota. Lunch at Hambantota. Evening visit Bundala sanctuary in jeeps. Bundala is a fascinating wetland home for over 150 species of birds, and particular famous for its flamingoes. It is a hot spot for Migrating birds to escape the winter. After breakfast city tour of Tissamaharama. At Tissamaharama you will have the option to visit few ancient temples. Proceed to Yala. After lunch you will explore Yala looking for herds of elephants, sloth bear, crocodiles, wild boar, wild buffalo, peacocks, and varieties of deer. Yala arguably provides the best leopard sanctuary in Asia. Dinner and overnight stay in Yala.
After breakfast we will leave inland to the hill country. At Haputale you will find Tangamalai, a natural bird sanctuary, with blue magpies, paradise fly-catchers, green barbets and many more. An optional visit to Benedict monastery. Dinner and overnight stay in Bandarawela.
Breakfast at the hotel and we would leave to the famous hill country Nuwara Eliya better known as “Little England” At Nuwara Eliya you will be at leisure and free to walk to the city centre and also to visit “Victoria gardens”. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
After a good night of sleep and rest we will have an early breakfast and leave to Horton Plains National Park which is more than 7,000 feet above sea level. Look for the endemic yellow-eared bulbul, Ceylon white eye, Ceylon warbler, spot-winged thrush, whistling thrush and blue magpie. The walk to 'World's End' and "Little World's End" offers one of the finest views in Sri Lanka. Also grab a look at Baker's fall before you return to the hotel for a well deserved rest.
