Situated
in the legendary Galle Fort, a living world heritage site, this beautiful
villa lies in the heart of the fort. It is 115km from Colombo and with
a short drive, has access to some of the best beaches in the world.
This large house has been recently renovated and is unique. Entering through
the large teak door you step onto black and white tiles saved from the
previous owner.
A clever use of archways guides your gaze to the large pool, garden and
pagoda. The sitting and indoor dining room with a lime wash timber ceiling
lead onto the terrace in front of the pool. The kitchen and bedrooms are
housed in a second building designed with glazed windows running its length.
