How to make payment
- Inquiry This is the easiest part!

this will call up our "contact us" form,
and you could send us your request.
- Booking Once you have selected your tour
or the hotel you wish to reserve. Click on the reservation link, and
you will be taken to the reservations form.
Fill the form with as much information as possible and click 'send reservation'.
We will then receive your reservation and start working on your request.
- Payment
- Once we receive your booking or final confirmation, we will go
ahead and make a tentative reservation, and inform you of this by
email, along with your booking reference number/ tour number. This
tentative reservation will be generally valid for 48 hours.
- We will then send you an invoice, with the tentatively confirmed
details, where a payment is required to hold your booking.
- You could make an advance payment of 50% of the total invoice
value and pay the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Alternately you could pay 100%
in advance. Sometimes a payment of 100% in advance is required if
it is a short termed booking or if you book only the hotel, without
the transport.
- Once we receive the payment, and it is cleared, we will inform
you of the status and cover your hotel reservation or tour package
and make a firm reservation of all services.
- If you have made an advance payment, the balance could be paid
on arrival, prior to start of your tour.
Payment Options
- Credit Card
Simply click for the credit card mail order form. Please printout a copy of our order form, which you
could fill up and fax to +9411 5351851 along with a copy of your credit card (both sides) or if unable to fax please scan them and forward by email.
- Bank Transfer
Of course you could always instruct your bank to transfer the payment
to our bank.
Once your tour is tentatively confirmed, we will send you our pro - forma
invoice. You can then forward this invoice to your bank to make payment.
