Child Policy
Children between 2 and 6 years are given a discount of 80 percent of the per person, adult rate, while children between 7 to 12 years old are given 70% discount of the per person adult rate on transfers, excursions, and package tours provided they share room with two adults. Maximum of two children per party are granted such discounts. Children who require their own rooms are charged as adults.
Tour includes:
- Accommodation sharing Double/triple room at mentioned hotels,
- Meals on Dinner & Breakfast (HB) basis from Day 1 to Day 10
- Air-conditioned Micro Van transport throughout tour
- Services of an English speaking Chauffer-guide.
- Arrival transfer on Day 1 and departure transfer to airport on Day 10
- Government taxes and service charge for services provided.
Value Added Services
- Free Bicycle Rides in Day two at Grand Hotel & day two at Bentota Beach Hotel (2 Hours Each Day

Tour does not include
- International airfare
- Lunch, & beverages (stops will be made at recommended restaurants) from Day 1 to Day 10
- Camera & Video permits at cultural sites.
- Expenses of a personal nature (telephone calls, laundry etc,.)
- Personal travel and medical insurance.
- Airport departure taxes.
- Entrance fees at mentioned sites and locations as per itinerary

- Above rates are only valid till 30th October 2011. All bookings are only accepted before 20th of October 2011.
- Rates quoted above are based on a minimum of 2/3Adults traveling together
- We will do our best to make your rooms available on check-in, however, the standard hotel times and rates are as follows
- Check in time 2.00 pm; and Check out time 12.00 noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to extra charge
- Any unutilized accommodation or services will not be refunded.
- If any changes to hotels after confirmation of booking will be entirely at own expense.
- All other terms and conditions as per published in our web site.
- The above prices are effective for the period of the tour but will be subject to change in the event of any sudden changes government levies or adverse fluctuation in international foreign currency exchange rates.
